In the Ural region there is an acute lack of fertile soil at the stage of biological recultivation. This paper assesses the suitability of diluvial loam for biological recultivation, as well as consider the possibility of replacing of the soil to potentially fertile grounds after improving of their properties due to agricultural activities.
