The article reveals the macroeconomic, sectoral and regional, as well as micro-economic factors affecting to the enterprise’s capitalization. A list of indicators that can be used in the analysis of these factors is given. Particular attention is given to a specific group of factors that take place in conditions of mining enterprises and metallurgical complexes.
