Local environmental monitoring Nizhnii Tagil Iron and Steel Works includes the study of all components of the natural environment: air, snow cover, soil, vegetation, surface water and groundwater. As a result of the investigations we revealed the local impact of the dumps on the neighborhood and its complex pollution of heavy metals (concentrations are generally low), income trends of metals from the dump into the environment of weak, soils characterized by permissible pollution category.
